LS2 using VR
Today Yvonne and her researching team. her team is from the augmented human lab at the university of Auckland. We used either the VR cardboard or the magic window i was using the VR cardboard. Using the VR cardboard we learnt about how to build the panmure bridge and we also had a mission to give a letter to the Jones family in 1862 and we had another mission to send a pastel to Mr and Miss Brown. It was fun using the VR cardboard because it was a first time experience for some of us. After all that hard work the whole class had pizza thanks to Mrs Anderson and Miss Kirkpatrick for making this Virtual Reality happen for Learning Space 2.

Features of a Visual Text
Today in reading Motuihe and Pakatoa worked together to label the labels in the book. It was hard to put the labels were it goes most of the words we didn't know were to put them because we didn't know what it meant. I think both groups like to do what we done because it was fun.

HIIT training
Today we had HIIT training, the work outs today were Push ups, Squats, Tap step and star jumps. We had a lot of teamwork, we are using the tabata timing style which was 20 seconds doing an exercise and 10 seconds rests and then we had to repeat that 4-8 time. We had a lot of commitment and we also showed a lot of hard work.

Maths week: Scale drawing
Last week was maths week. For maths week LS2 did scale drawing. It was the first time I did scale drawing it was fun, new and interesting to me. The best part about scale drawing was when we had to actually draw it before we drew it we had to enlarge it, the normal sized grid was a 1 cm square and the enlargement size grid was a 2 cm square . I drew Bart Simpson from the Simpsons it was hard and then it started to get easier. I didn't know what to do at first but I got into it and it started to get easier and easier. Next time I will try to focus more on the drawing and take my time and stop rushing it. This is the finished drawing of Bart Simpson.
